copyright.
- Engaging in any
conduct that restricts any other user using or
enjoying the Service.
- Connecting or accessing other computers
without proper authorization.
- Posting to or
transmitting any unlawful, harmful, threatening
material, or other material that constitute a
criminal offense and violates any applicable
local, state, federal or international law.
- Using the Service
for anything other than lawful purposes.
Violators will have their accounts terminated
without any notice or refund.
In Summary:

The use of our service is for a lawful
manner and for users 21 and over. You can’t use
our service for any illegal activities. We
provide privacy protection if you only use our
service in a lawful manner.

You can’t use our service to send SPAM
or DISTRIBUTE copyright material. If such a
thing happens your account will be cancelled
without any notice and no refund (partial nor
full) will be given.

You have 24 hours for a full refund with
no questions asked. You can just send us an
email requesting your transaction to be
refunded.

We don’t use recurring billing. And we
have no contract.
5-
We are a US based company, and this
agreement is governed by US law.
Privacy Policy

We store IP address, time-stamp
connection to our servicers. We use your IP
address in case we need to diagnose problems
with our server. We also store the total amount
of data transferred per day. We keep this
information secure and private.

We don’t not store any of your personal
financial data since all credit card
transactions are happened on our merchant
account provider’s web site.

We do not store private information about
individual user activities on our network as an
ordinary practice. However, if we receive a
valid request from US law enforcement officials,
we may be forced to comply.
